Why was he being so insistent that she listen? Lia felt even more awkward. This just wasn't how she expected the day to be going. She nodded though, if he wanted her to listen the least she could do was listen to him. Perhaps it would make him feel better and things could move forward less awkwardly. Lia wasn't completely sure if that was possible, but she felt the need to at least let it see where it would go. Lia watched him carefully and was quite until he stopped and seemed to scratch his wrist.
"I'm not going to tell you not to come back, that'd simply be stupid on my part. It's a pub part of being here is having a good time with the ability to make mistakes and either learn from them or not." She said trying not to send as though she were being rude. Lia didn't want to be rude. She just didn't think it would make much sense to be rude. If she didn't want Roger back in the place would lose money. They couldn't afford that. Of course she wasn't going to tell him that part of it. "I'm not sure why it's surprising that you're here. It's very kind of you to come and apologize, I accept, and therefore there are no hard feelings anywhere in here." Yes, that was the best way to handle this.
