RP: I love you, I hate you
Who: Pansy Parkinson, Marcus Flint
When: Friday, 11 September 2004
Where: Pansy's flat near Wimborne
What: Marcus comes to harass Pansy
Status: Closed
Rating: PG-13 for now

It was Friday night, and most other witches her age would be out partying or having a good time, but Pansy was at home, curled up in her pajamas going over paperwork. She knew she had people who could do these things, but Pansy was not one to trust them. After all, the entire team rested on her shoulders and she took their success or failure personally. While she was a bit of a frigid bitch to her team, she did care about them. She knew that without them she wouldn't be the success she had become.

She had her hair in a messy bun and her glasses on. She was far from the glamorous girl she portrayed to the media. This was Pansy, the person at the core, who had learned that hard work really was the only way to keep things afloat. She looked over the numbers again for the season tickets. They were slightly down, but so far they had managed to sell out for the first two games, so that looked good. She blew a strand of hair off her face and was about to go fix a glass of wine when she heard a knock on the door.

"We are all married to our jobs love. In this sport ou have to be or you don't make it." he shrugged again and sighed, "You know more about ME and not that player than anyone who isn't a blood relative...and I would like to think the same."

He flushed a bit, "Not too often you get this comfortable around a lovely you used to fantasize about...and on that note I need a pint...or a firewhiskey."

"Well, no one else will put up with you long enough to learn about the real you," she said with a smirk. "And your mum scares the rest off." She never was afraid of his mother, mostly because her own mother could rival Mrs. Flint, and her baby sister was a lot like Marcus's own brother.

"Yeah, well,I suppose getting to know me has ruined the fantasies that I am some sort of demon in the sack," she rolled her eyes and stood up and went into the kitchen, returning a moment later with a bottle of beer. "Better now?" she asked as she put it in his hand and sat down next to him.

Marcus looked at the beer then at Pansy and pulled her back into his lap, his arm firmly around her waist, "MUCH better."

"I wouldn't know how you were in teh sack. I also love how you stand up to my mother - it's entertaining." His dark eyes twinkled at her michievously.

"Boring. Horribly boring in the sack. So boring that I can't even remember the last time I got laid." She leaned back against him and sipped her wine. It was so hard to be around so many good looking blokes all day and not get any, though she tried to think of most of them like brothers. Even Zach and Miles, and they were hot.

"Your mum is easy. Besides, I think she secretly hopes one day I will give in and marry you. She doesn't understand we'd kill each other first." She shrugged, knowing it was true. They were both far too strong willed.

Marcus rolled his eyes, "I am sure you are exacggerating." Women were such odd creatures. And the day Pansy Parkinson was boring was the day that he danced a jig with Snape ontop of a table.

He lightly ran his fingers over her arms and up into the silky mass of her hair, "My mum is easy? I should marry you just for being able to say that with a straight face." He chuckled and sighed.

"Between her and my brother - I am ready for St. Mungo's...."
