Emmett squeals and claps when Deb sets breakfast in front of him.
Ted and Justin wince.
Whether it's because of the food or from Emmett's more than generous praise for it is unknown. Both deserve some type of recognition.
When similar plates appear in front of them, they stumble over themselves and each other with excuses.
"No time this morning, Debbie." Ted is folding his newspaper and pushing against in Emmett in his attempt to escape the booth.
Justin smiles and holds up a hand. "I'm waiting for Brian, Deb."
Only Justin escapes the first wave of Debbie's breakfast assault.

Michael slides in beside Justin and, looking from the plates to Ted and Emmett, cracks up. "Did you two really order that?"
"Isn't it great!" Emmett squeals again.
Justin rolls his eyes. Emmett's said that more than once since Deb delivered breakfast. It's getting old.
And before Michael can respond a similar plate drops down in front of him, syrup dribbling over the edge and onto the table top. "Morning, honey."
Michael gives the plate a dubious stare. "Ma?"
Deb pats the side of his face and kisses his cheek. "Eat up. You guys are gonna need your energy today."

Michael pokes his food with his fork. Turning to Justin, he asks, "You finished yours already?"
"Nope," Justin replies with a grin.
"Boy Wonder managed to avoid the invasion." Ted ducks the napkin Justin throws at his head. Unfortunately he isn't expecting the second volley Justin launches. Then Ted slides his plate towards Emmett. "Here, Em. You seem to be enjoying them."
Michael looks at Justin. "Well? How'd you get out of this?"
"I'm waiting on Brian."
Michael snorts. "Brian is not going to eat a plate of these."
Justin's grin gets wider. "I know."
"Ma's gonna kill you both."

Brian makes everyone move when he arrives. Michael gets sent to the other side with Ted and Emmett and, once Brian slides in with his back against the wall, he pulls Justin by the wrist until Justin is snug in the vee of Brian's legs.
It isn't until after a long kiss that Brian even looks at the guys across from him. And immediately turns a little green around the gills.
"Jesus, Emmett. Didn't you eat last night?"
All three guys – Ted, Emmett, and Michael – start to reply.
None of them succeed before Debbie delivers breakfast to Brain and Justin.

"What the fuck is this?"
Justin buries his face in Brian's chest, shoulders shaking as giggles overtake him.
"Breakfast, asshole." Deb glares at Brian. "Sunshine said he'd wait for you. Wasn't that nice of him?"
"Just fucking lovely. Thanks, Sunshine." Brian pinches Justin, then pushes his plate away. "I'm not eating that shit."
And then he slides Justin's plate away. "Neither are you if you're planning on me fucking you any time soon."
"They're goddamn pancakes, Brian," Deb huffs.
"They look like two rainbows fucked and procreated." Brian looks up and smirks. "Figures the great gay symbol is a breeder."
