I am completely, utterly ashamed to admit that i just spent my saturday evening reading this with sidhe who didn't rec this out of fear of death and vamphile, and btw, they are totally to blame for this fic i'm about to link you to. but there you go. no apologies. no regrets. McDonalds. Bed-pan induced Coma. Dr/Detectives. "Yay!ICU!" Evil!Nathan. Side-by-side hospital beds of love. This fic has it all. Justin Comes Home by Grover please be warned: abuse, violence, implied J/E, and some might say angst but i found it too insanely funny to call it that myself. You must not miss this in all it's cracky goodness. ONCE UPON A TIME IN QAF...
