That sounds like something

url_girl would make. She's got a whole series of bad!fic quotes. They're hilarious, I'd recommend checking those out, too, if you haven't seen it. They're all literal interpretations of funny lines like that (Also, she has one of Justin in the Aretha Effect - which is what "Justin with a bow on his head" made me thing of haha)
