This was fantastic in a sad but inevitable way. You’ve really captured Justin and his nomadic existence. His lack of a home has been a major factor in shaping who he is, and this fic truly showcases the effect that’s had on him and the decisions he makes.

And the ending is just the perfect conclusion to draw the whole thing together: Brian asked me to let him know where I ended up. I should have just pointed to the fucking bag and said, “Here. Here is where I always end up.”

I enjoyed the writing style of this. It’s clean and concise and works so well for the story being told.
