Seriously, the man wasn't ugly, compared to some trolls we see in the show. I didn't like the way he treated Michael, but he looked fine.

I'd rather have a David icon than one of Ethan. :D

I'm all for helping people getting their needs met. But making graphics requires a certain amount of actually looking at what you're doing. I'll have to dig deep inside to find the place where I store my "professional" distance ... *goes looking*
