The Changeover is an original character sci-fi GPSL set in the universe of the movie/TV pilot Parallels. If any of the following sound fun to you, then you might be interested:
- The possibility of playing different versions of your character from alternate dimensions.
- An ever-changing setting.
- Alternate histories.

There are infinite Earths in infinite dimensions. Some versions of Earth are very similar to the one we're familiar with - Earth 42. But some versions? Some versions are downright weird. The thing is, you'd never know that there were alternate dimensions out there. There have been theories, of course, but if it weren't for the building no one would know for sure that they exist.
No one from our Earth, anyway.
Nobody knows who built the building or why it's there, but it's the same in every dimension, on every Earth, no matter how much things have changed around it. Even if the rest of the world is a nuclear wasteland (which happens more often than you'd hope). No matter what, the building is always there. The best anyone can figure, it's sort of a gateway. Or maybe more like an elevator. If you're in the building when the changeover happens, you go with it to whatever Earth it goes to next. If you're not, you get left behind. So try not to get stuck anywhere too apocalypse-y.
