The town's citizens love to boast of their great fishing, imports, exports, & agricultural resources along with it's fabulous tourist season during the warm months. However, what the vanilla humans of the town don't know is that Havenwood is a supernatural mecca for Vampires, Demons, Angels, Faeries, Witches, and all manner of paranormal creatures and happenings. Many are always looking for new blood to feast on move in. Oh, did we happen mention that there's an unstable Faerie portal in Miller's Woods that just so happens to disgorge citizens from the past or future? No?
