Looking to fill this line with one of the guys from BTS or Vernon from Seventeen:
Two neighbors meet the day he moves in and very quickly progress from an inseparable friendship to something that is a relationship in all ways except title. A year and a half prior, her engagement ended abruptly and painfully; she's having a hard time trusting that he won't leave her, too. If he does - and they're just friends - she hopes it would hurt less. Het, younger man/older woman, prefer to play her and a lot of will they/won't they admit their feelings for each other.
