Would anyone be interested in a line based off of American McGee's Alice? I'm not quite looking for Tim Burton, but it has the same general gist - a very dark Alice in Wonderland with a lot of blood and madness. I'd love something that plays with perception and deals with a journey and adventure.
My preferred characters to be involved are Alice and the Cheshire Cat (humanoid, of course). If you'd like to include romantic elements, I'd prefer femme or het; I'd play a female Alice or Cheshire against a male opposite, or either of them in a femme line.

Next-gen drama, anyone? Looking for a Teddy Lupin for my Dominique Weasley, please! Teddy/Victoire have been in a turbulent marriage and either he or she is caught cheating and then they divorce. In the meantime, the family chooses sides, and while most of the Weasleys side with Victoire (whether or not she's cheated) Dominique, who's always seen Teddy as a big brother figure and maybe has a teeny tiny huge crush on him that's never gone away sticks by him. I'm hoping to play Dom as sort of black sheep that's been shadowed by Victoire for most of her life, so she finally has a chance to prove herself.
I'm thinking that this idea might end up to be a lot more interesting if Teddy isn't the saint that Dom thinks that he is, and I do want to play her as being in her 20s because I can't play a teenager to save my life. She could actively be pursuing Teddy or not, depending on what you'd prefer. But romance aside, I see this line having a lot of potential for family drama, questionable morals, no one growing up how they should be, betrayals, lies etc. Things you'd never expect to associate with the Weasleys, though that's what makes it fun! I'd also like a side of Rose/Scorpius in this for an important alternative plot point for this particular line. I'd play Scorpius. So someone to pick up both as PCs at the same time would be ace. Threading only.
Anna Maria Muhe is my dream Dominique, but if you have problems with her, I'll gladly hunt for others.

As it is I am recovering from major surgery for the next two weeks. So that means I have nothing to do but sit on aim and cater to your story lines.
I'm bored frequently so most of the info in my journal right now does not apply.

I was part of this group line a few years back that dealt with a group of friends now in their 20s/30s. They lived in a small town and one of their friends was kidnapped/went missing when they were somewhere between I think like 9-12. He was never found. They all lived in the same town till graduation and then a few of them moved away. Now for one reason or another they've come back to town.
Would anyone want to do a small psl like that, this little group of friends. I think my girl was the missing boys sister, and I'd love to play that sort of role again. She never stopped looking and actually still searches for clues. Maybe when they all get together again they can find some. Or we can add a supernatural element where the boy...if he has passed..is giving them clues. Or has been on who hurt him, sort of like the lovely bones. Or maybe a new kid goes missing now.
I just think its an interesting dynamic.

I just got back from watching Titanic 3D and I'd really love to write an AU PSL where they both survive. More specifically, I want to explore the life they'd have together if Rose abandoned her mother and fiance to enter Jack's world. I don't want this to be an easy fairytale, however! Dreaming about living from day-to-day is a lot different than actually doing it, and Rose would have a lot of adapting to do. In addition, since their time together was short and filled with natural disasters and sabotage, there were more pressing things to worry about than general interpersonal conflicts, but any couple will inevitably have problems if they live together. Does Rose's inner aristocrat make her do haughty things that Jack finds off-putting? Poverty was especially tough in that era, so there are bound to be some things about Jack's lifestyle that she'll have trouble with? Does Jack's ease in making female friends (and finding female models) make Rose jealous? Basically, I want to contrast their perfect dream with the imperfect reality. So please be up for some angst to go with the romance!
