A couple of simple ideas that we can elaborate on....
1) Her husband is about to get fired but she catches wind of it before it happens so she goes to appeal to his boss since they were old friends in college / high school. The problem is that the boss isn't going to let up. Her husband is dead weight to the company but maybe if she offered him her body, he'd find a reason to keep the other man around for a little while longer.
2) He gets off on being in charge, it gives him a rush. His wife used to be a proud and strong woman and she still is when they are in public, but when they are alone she becomes almost like a pet for him, taking what he wants to give her and thanking him for it all after the fact. Of course, this is just how he likes it, knowing that she is willing to do literally anything for him.
I'd like for the people involved obviously to be of a decent age . I'm more then willing to use a different PB as well, this is just the one I have set up at the moment.
