Hello everyone! It's michelle and finally my second character. Man...I am far behind everyone. This is Beatrice Luther. Bea is what she prefers.

- Codename is Eris. She's got the ability to sense negative emotions and induce chaos. So basically, she's pretty good at messing shit up. She was once a cop, a gymnast and most recently a vigilante in Atlanta and then in Philly, PA.
- She and Matt Deacon dated a long time. Being that she and Matt fought a lot and her powers are negative, she only met his family a handful of times. They got engaged and stayed together until one of his bros threatened to out her. So she broke Matt and fled. She got caught while trying to get people out of a Pro-Supers/Anti-Supers riot.
- Despite all that, Bea really is a nice fun loving girl. She's just prone to being a little temperamental.

She's open to all sorts of plots. As is Penny!

This here is Xavier Chambers, new Agent and recent transfer from jail, codename: Jury

So what is there to know about Xavier?

He's 45 and up until 6 months ago he was living and working in Japan for the Yakuza of all things where he was known as Oni and was known for taking folk out, being a walking talking lie detector and putting the fear of God into folk. Assassination never looked so good ;)

Also has some physical mutations as a result of his powers, black eyes and elongated ears, but he frequently covers them up so won't even be noticeable at first

He's currently assigned to Riley and Matt's team so holler to them and his teammate

As far as powers go he has: Organic metal skin, lie detection, enhanced hearing and adrenal activation. It's all fun and games for Xavier

Obviously he's American but he has basically grown up in Japan so doesn't consider himself as an American any longer especially as he's comfortable in speaking in Japanese

Looking forward to getting him involved and all that fun stuff!

hey gaizzzz it's sam! fun fact: i totally blame MJ and Mena for this one. They know I'm weak.

I'm bringing in a Junior Handler this time and one of the Deacon sibs, Matthew Deacon. He's traveling in with his partner, Riley Hunter who is pretty much the only person in existence who can reel him in before he does any damage to people.

Matt is kind of a dick handler. He will work his agents to death if he was given the opportunity but luckily, Riley is usually there to pull him back.

By the books kind of fellow. Higher ups loved him in Maine but agents sort of cringed. He has a tough exterior.

Secret nerdlet. He's very thorough and likes to read up on things (he read everyone's file before the transfer to Limbo).

Part of the Deacon clan which is why him and Riley moved out here in the first place.

Anyway, here's Riley, one of the new handers who's transferring in from Maine, where he was based from January 2014 until like, two days ago.

Key facts about Riley:

He's Matt Deacon's partner, they come as a pair and Riley's kind of the counterfoil to Matt's slightly more... rigid methods.

Nice guy, believes that rules are there for a reason but it's not the end of the world to break them.

Patient, kind and enjoys helping people so those that ended up on his team will find that he'll do whatever he can to help them.

He is, however, intensely private and doesn't share a lot about himself if he can get away with it.

He's British born but an American citizen by birth as his mom was American and she filed ~paperwork.

So the rundown on Ariel:

🍀 Found out she's a super about a year ago and just coming to Limbo after having spent the last year in Maine, having skipped the jail bit (~luckily)
🍀 Yes, her name is Ariel. Her mother is a huge fan of Disney and fairytales: her twin is called Belle & her older sister is called Cindy-Ellen.

HEY GUYS IT'S SAM...again. Literally again.

I'm bringing in Dr. Marion Day aka the Head of R&D aka the agent currently known as Mr. Hyde.

Marion is a sheepish lil fella, he tends to stick to his routine but is overall nice to everyone he meets. Unless you catch him during the six to seven hours a day when his body is taken over by his dying father who lives ~somewhere~ within Limbo as one of their agents. He's lowkey Russell's "agent" read: side project because the limited span of Alvin Day's reach and the fact that Marion is not a super. Handlers will get clearance to know about him and agents with power-sensing abilities but the higher ups tend to keep it hush hush on account of putting peoples morality meter on 'HIGH NO-NO' level. Mr. Hyde as his codename entitles is a bit of an egomaniac with the powers of possession and memory manipulation. But is one of the rare supers that firmly believes that what the Regiment does is for the good of their kind.

SAY HI WHEN YOU SEE MARION AROUND HE'S A LOVELY HUMAN BEING...just a little weird. And don't forget I also play like 200 other characters. ♥

I've learned that saying 'no more' is a lie, therefore I'm not even gonna pretend that I'm done after these, but I'd like to introduce you all to my newest two characters.

Chloe Deacon, 20, the baby of the Deacon family - which makes her Scott's little sister. She's coming to Limbo for the first time following a three week stint in prison for unintentionally causing a freeway accident that killed her brother, a couple of other people and injured even more. Up until that time she'd managed to successfully hide her powers because she didn't want to be taken away. She confessed to causing the accident in the hospital when the officer told her that her brother was dead and they then manipulated her grief into her accepting intentional blame rather than it being accidental (which it was).

She'll be arriving on the 16th to Limbo and is going onto Lucas' team, where she'll be staying in room 407D.

She has aerokinesis, electricity manipulation, intangibility and power bestowment, you can see more in her bio, and though she's currently grieving and dealing with the whole 'I killed my brother' thing, she's actually super nice and super friendly.

So for Chloe, all the lines, plz? Friends, team-mates, people who have powers similar to hers that can help her learn to better control them?

Gabi Flores, 27, a mechanic who specialises in the repair of the hologym and other equipment on the base. She's ex-army, served four eighteen month tours overseas before an IED robbed her of the rest of her career, leaving her with a limp and a knee that gives her more trouble than it's worth.

She's larger than life, loves people, loves socialising. She worked in Maine from January this year up until today where she's been relocated to Limbo due to other staff shuffles meaning she's needed here!

And for Gabi, again, all the lines. Staff? HOLLA. She likes card games with large meals she's cooked herself with beer. Agents? HOLLA she loves talking to new people and is friendly, approachable and willing to teach what she knows.

I have two new characters to introduce...

Susan Wright aka Blitz - she's a new addition to the Regiment and straight from jail after having been arrested at a pro-super rally that turned into a riot :-| She's a fiesty lady with a strong personality and has definitely strength in her convictions which explains why she felt more at home with activists than regular folk. She has super speed, enhanced vision, energy absorption and energy blast. She's assigned to Rachel's team and will be making herself at home in suite 108B

Jonathan Ryland aka Echo - he's been with the Regiment since he was 18 and was until recently assigned to Maine. He's a joker who doesn't take life too seriously, he enjoys pranks and questioning everything and vividly believes in conspiracy theories. He has voice manipulation, vocal replication and omnilingualism. He's assigned to Holly's team and will be setting up shop in suite 708B

Hey all, I wasn't going to bring in another, but yea so Lexi here with her... I stopped counting... meet Harper.

She's coming in to Limbo from Texas, having been there for almost 4 years, prior to that she was in Florida for 4 years and prior to that SD for 3 years. She's been all over so she may know peoples. She's joining the recently vacated R&D team.

Now briefest of briefs on Harper, she's a super but doesn't know it. She joined before the blood tests and her one power (her Mental Library) has barely blipped on anyone with power sensings (so far) radar. How can she not know she has a power you may ask? Well, simple, she's always been smart. She went to Oxford when she was 10 and a year later things got easier for her to remember (and she remembers EVERYTHING, can play it back in her mind in HD too). It seemed like the natural progression of her genius as she hit puberty.

Now this awesome power does have some drawbacks, beyond not being able to forget anything (so all the bad times are right there with the good), sometimes she can't help an 'instant replay'. So you know how sometimes a scent or sound or something gives you that feeling of nostalgia? For her it replays a memory triggered by that feeling.

Anyhow, yes she's a bit of a nerd, loves to socialize but can be awkward and miss social queues left and right. Has a penchant for over informing and will come off as 'odd' sometimes. Some people find that endearing, others keep their distance.

Oh! and did I mention she's from Liverpool? She's from Liverpool, but she tries to hide her real accent.

lmao, so that didn't take long, I know. This is Elle bringing in character #2. This is James Levitt and he's, uh, a little bit off his rocker. He has a pyromania disorder and it doesn't help that he has the ability to burn the ever living hell out of things. He's been in the Regiment for a while now and is being transferred from Inferno (lmao ironic) to Limbo. If there is anyone who used to be at Inferno they can have history with James - either by being some weird friend or just not really liking him at all. He will for sure be making some routine visits to the psychiatrist. All his info can be found in his bio. I want everythang~

This Russell Davies (he will accept Russ, his sister called him Rusty and only Ellie will ever get away with that tyvm), he's a Senior Handler transfer from the Dakota facility were he was stationed for several years, so if ya from there, ya gonna know of him at the very least. He's pretty bitter and jaded, he's been with Regiment for almost 18 years now and this man has not had an easy time of it.

More recently he got in a little trouble with another handler, since he beat the guy stupid for laying his hands on one of Russell's agents -so yeah, don't bring that up.

He's taking over Marshall's team, so y'all gonna have a slight change in situation, but we'll make that work. Anyone want plots, batter in! His bio is linked in the journal -I'm sorry I'm being a bit lazy, I am tired.

Klaus Popov BIOGRAPHY

The new head Physician with Limbo. Klaus has been working for the Regiment since his residency in medical school. He was originally at the Everglades (he fucking despises Florida kthx too many damn mosquitos and he's a magnet).

He's married to his lovely and smarter-than-he-is wife, Adelaide Russel-Popov who works as a therapist at Limbo (hence his sudden transfer over because he's like a moth to the flame and he here for it.

He has been a super in secret in the Regiment for over ten years now. His powers give him an edge to make his powers nearly undetectable. He will keep it that way for as long as he possibly can. His wife would kill him if he gets made into an agent.

He's SUCH A NERD ASS. He will reference some obscure sci-fi movie whenever he gets a chance. Pop culture is his friend, electronics are his friends as well. But he chose the medical field to get away from what his power base is.

He doesn't dress like a normal doctor. He actually hates the white labcoats. He wears graphic tees and converse and looks like he's more of a patient than the doctor of the facility.

Russian AF.

Thinks everyone is smarter than he is. A personal cheerleader to everyone in the Regiment.

Perpetually looking like he needs a nap and drinks energy drinks like they water. Sometimes he forgets to drink water.

Grows a lot of plants.

IF ANYONE CAME FROM THE EVERGLADES there's a v high chance they were treated by Klaus and his charming self.

So, I was thinking the other day (dangerous I know), sometimes we all have little plots that we wanna play out but have no idea who to reach out to play them out with and vice versa. So I was thinking it might be nice to maybe have a thread we can post the little things we'd love to play and that way if anyone else has someone they think will fit can jump on it.

So, do a post with your character and stuff they're looking for, like friends, power struggles, relationship goals, anything.
