Prompt A Day

General Info
• This community is updated daily with a prompt to inspire fanfiction from any fandom.
• Writers are encouraged to make a claim and update their personal journals until their claim is filled.
• Fanfiction lengths for this community are as follows:

• Drabble (100 or less words)
• 1,000+ words (similar in length to a 5-paragraph essay; one page)
• 5,000+ words (around 6+ pages)

• There may or may not be multiple prompts/types of prompts per day; but at least one!
• "Pairings" are not required, in a romantic sense. Simply list the characters you'll be writing for under that queue when placing a claim.
• Please comment to the prompt you're completing with a link to your work. When a new prompt gets posted, the previous one will be closed and you will not be able to write that prompt.
• In the style of dailyicons, prompts here will last for two days, with a new prompt being posted daily.
• This table works well for drabbles - that way each one doesn't have to have its own entry on your journal.

Fandoms & Specifics • Multiple claims can be made from the same fandom!
• Fandoms can be "multiple" (for those who don't want to be limited by a single fandom/genre), AU, crossed or singular.
• Claims can be shared/co-written, or guest writers can be featured.
• Original characters within established fandoms are welcome.
• Original fandoms/works will be allowed if a link can be provided to basic info surrounding the original fandom/work/characters.

• Please do not use other writers' work (see: plagiarism).
