City Of Hills is an aim and thread friendly PB/city based community set in San Francisco, California.
Writers of this community are promised to have control over their story lines. As long as things are kept realistic, the mod(s) will not worry about how much of whatever is going around; especially considering this is a city wide based game. If things get out of hand, the game will address the issue(s) as a whole then. Members of this community have a voice with us and their opinions and suggestions are always validated and taken into high consideration. We also will provide a lot of interactive opportunities for characters. All play by (PB) types welcome.

| The Story |
There are mutants. There are metahumans. But there is one thing you must remember. There is no Justice League, no Teen Titans, no X-Men, no Brotherhood, no superheroes, and no super villains. It is a normal world. Well, as normal as a world can get when you have mutants, super powered humans, and aliens running around.
Wayne Academy is a school for the Gifted that found its roots by a young woman named Diana Prince. She came to New York City from a small Amazon nation to study the modern world and report back to her mother and the rest of her society. However, while on her mission, she would meet a young man named Erik Lensherr, a mutant who could control metal.
The two of them discovered a common belief that all with special abilities – especially children – needed a place where they could feel safe from those whom did not understand them. Together, they opened a school, to help students who were mutants, metahumans, extra-terrestrials or normal children who were special in their own way. Funded by Bruce Wayne and Charles Xavier, the school is located in New York City.
High school aged students from all over the world come to Wayne Academy to learn how to control their powers. It is a place where they can be who they truly are without fearing for their lives. The school is known to the public as a school for mutants, aliens, and metahumans and is widely advertised as a safe haven for school aged super kids. There have been no attacks on the school so far.

The Night World isn't a place. It's all around us. It's a secret society of vampires, werewolves, witches, and other creatures of darkness that live among us. They're beautiful and deadly and irresistible to humans. They’ve been living secretly among us for centuries.
But now a battle is coming...
It's end of an era and the dawn of the new Millennium. The lines are being drawn. The new Night People are more ruthless and bloodthirsty than ever before, and they're getting ready to destroy the human world. But the light has its champions, too. Four have been born, four Wild Powers who can stop the darkness from winning... if they and their soulmates can survive.
Actively Seeking: MENFOLK, more witches (also preferably of the male variety), shapeshifters, vampire hunting humans, and BADDIES (because not everyone wants to be BFFs with their preferred food source). |

roleplaysecrets is similar to all the other places where you can post secrets (as images with text) that you would rather not say publicly. They can be good or bad, dirty or clean, nasty or nice. Whatever you want!
At the beginning of the week a submission post will be made for people to submit their secrets. At the end of the week the submission post will be closed and all secrets will be posted in a separate post.
This community is based of the wonderful ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) roleplaysecrets, but obviously not everyone uses/likes LiveJournal or maybe they want a more direct place to post their IJRP Secrets.
You don't join the community (though you're free to friend it), you just submit your secrets to the submissions post and wait for them to be posted later that week. As the place gets bigger the secrets will be posted more often

invaded is a group PSL that's almost ready to start. We could really use one more female and another alien or two. (More details on the aliens can be provided to any interested parties. In short, it's a "bad guy" or slightly more "evil" type role.) It's an unconventional premise, but it should be a lot of fun.
