So, you’ve graduated from Hogwarts, now what?
The year is 2002 and the institute of D.U.M.P. (or Dumbledore's University of Magical Peoples) is up and flourishing. With Lord Voldemort finally out of the picture, people are trying to get their lives back in order. The Ministry has set up D.U.M.P. to deal with all of the people looking for work so they do not have to tax their staff with having them take on apprentices as well.
All seems fine and dandy right? Sure, the students are relatively happy with D.U.M.P. People are starting to get over all of the bad things that happened during the war and relationships and new friendships are blooming.
Of course, nothing is perfect. The Ministry is having a hard time figuring out their changes and some people are worried that the Ministry will be corrupt like before. There are people on both sides of the spectrum, so there is a lot of conflict regarding politics at the time.

City Of Hills is an aim and thread friendly play by (PB)/city based community set in San Francisco, California. Writers of this community are promised creative control over their story lines. As long as things are kept realistic, there should not be an issue at all. We are a game that encourages diversity among characters and accept all types of play bys. This is a pretty basic city-wide game, although we do focus our residential selections around fourteen neighborhoods. This game also accepts characters of all ages.
