Sorry guys, things have gotten a bit more complicated than expected.
Volcano's cancelled two of my flights now, and looks like I'll be spending the week in Spain until I can find a way to get home. I'm hoping this will mean I can rp more, but can't be sure, so atm, I'll be on a sort of hiatus. Having said that, once things are sorted, I would very much like to work some things out as most of mine currently have nothing at all to do.

Hi guys,
I'm really sorry things have been so slow on my end these past couple of weeks. Turns out I had a whole lot less time than I thought I would whilst on vacation. Unfortunately, I also may not be here much next week as I'm going to Spain on business tomorrow and will be there until the super early hours of Saturday. I'm not sure if the hotel has internet, but fingers crossed. Once I'm back though, you should see loads more activity on my end. sorry!

Say hello to the Anti-Percy!
Also known as Molly II, and Percy's karma for being a git. Molly is from 2027 and was born in 2005, making her 22. She's incredibly ambitious, like her father, but she thinks rules are suggestions, that paperwork is only good as tinder, and if you start to plan more than a few weeks ahead, she gets incredibly twitchy.
Former Slytherin (remember what I said about ambition) she's a wannabe rock star, much to Percy's horror, I'm sure, but currently working as an apprentice wandmaker at Ollivander's.
And...she makes it her life's work to torment, shock, and generally bother her father. Because it's fun.
Edit: Last char, I swear.
Edit 2: She's also rooming with James I, which is going to be a source of endless amusement for her, probably with a lot of "I'm Henry the eighth I am" melodies.

It's Raiha again and this time I bring in the attention whore herself, Miss Parvati Patil. Vati was a gossip and a serial dater in school and she's the same now, the only thing that's really changed is that she's a model now and that REALLY goes to her head. Why wouldn't it? People pay her because she's beautiful. Vati has model down to a tee, she never leaves her flat looking like she's worth less then two million dollars and normally doesn't wake up for less then $10,000 a day (thanks for that Linda Evangelista!). While deep, deep, deep down there is a caring side to Vati she normally doesn't show it. She's not hard to get a long with and won't hesitate to point out flaws.
A more in depth bio is here and there will be more icons very soon!
As a side note I won't be on to reply or play until late tomorrow night or Sat. I'm moving so tonight and tomorrow will be devoted to that! Don't worry Kat I will tag back!

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm heading down to D.C. tomorrow for the entire weekend (Cherry Blossom Festival, woohoo). So I won't be around at all this weekend. I'm coming back Sunday afternoon, but I'll have to scramble to do a 15-page paper for Monday (booo :()

Hii! It's Amy and now that I am back full time I’m going to intro Rabastan who I've picked up. Please be patient with me, I am still working on getting his info moved over and fixed up because I failed at realizing that there was a father here too, not just Rodolphus to check over. So forgive me for that as I attempt to make sure that everything with him matches and I’m not ruining someone’s characterization by accident :)
That being said, Rabastan is my absolute favorite evil character to play, he’s the stereotypical slytherin and psychopathic death eater. He loves what he does and considers death/killing an art form and he the artist destined to create masterpieces. He’s not exactly friendly to those that aren’t purebloods and considering he’s coming from a time period when he was in Azkaban he’s not the friendliest to those that were marked but chose to lie about their loyalties to Voldemort either. So be warned.
I would love plot for him so go ahead and IM me or whatever and we can talk about it!

I also have Lily. I think everyone knows her pretty well. She's kind, loyal, friendly, caring and has a wicked temper to match her red hair. She'll jump into any fight if she thinks someone needs help, and can hold a wicked grudge if she thinks its deserved. If you haven't annoyed her, though, she'll go to the ends of the earth to help you in any way she can.
She's from Feb 1979, just after her 19th birthday and a few weeks before her wedding. So, very much with James, but has no idea about the whole son thing yet. She'll no doubt find out soon enough, though.
Can she has James/Remus/Sirius/Harry/anyone to plot with please?

Hello Again! Valerie here with Theodore "Ted" Tonks. Only one that calls him Theodore though is his mum when he's in trouble. He's two years from graduating Hogwarts and in his world, he is married to Andromeda Black. So, to say the least, alot of this is going to be awkward for him. Even more awkward, he's been assigned to Ventus 302B making him the roommate of Walburga Black. They might have some conflict.
Ted is a generally friendly guy unless you're an uppity pureblood. He has some strong opinions about Andromeda's family and none of it's really nice. He might have his hesitations with threading with certain people, but I like drama and I welcome all threads. Friends and enemies. Hey guys,
Just thought I'd throw this out here before I go to sleep... Anyway, this is Rowena Ravenclaw, one of the founders of Hogwarts. I fully expect everyone would know who she is :P though she would likely only know her daughter. I still have to hammer out the exact details., but her basics can be found here.
She will be disoriented and confused for the first dunno how long, as she tires really hard to communicate. Rowena (And she'll prefer to be called Lady Ravenclaw or Professor Ravenclaw if you will) is a Pict from about a thousand years before everyone else (born 961) and as such doesn't speak a word of anything remotely resembling English. She is wicked smart though, so will likely end up picking some of it up, but in the meantime will spend her time talking via the journals which will translate things for her or attempting to communicate in Latin.
What else? Rowena's from not all that long before her death which is a complete misery, so she will be surprised that she's actually alive and healthy. She's been teaching at the school for about 15 years now, and likes her work.
Anyway, anything at all? Possibly someone to help find her when she freaks out could be fun!

I am really, really, insanely sorry for being MIA. I've had a lot of personal stuff to sort through and I kept meaning to post, but it kept slipping my mind! And for that, I apologize. I'll be around from now on though! Unfortunately, given school and other personal things, I won't be able to keep all four of my characters so I'm going to have to drop Rabastan and Mundungus. I apologize to anyone I had storylines with with those characters. I really wish I could keep them! But I don't want to hog them when I won't be able to give them adequate playing time. I'll still be on with Sirius and Rose though! I know there are a lot of new players I haven't met yet, so I'll use this post to say HI to all of you too! I have Sirius (from 1981), and Rose Weasley! Sirius is very Sirius and Rose is a giant book worm. So yes. :D

Turns out my office network doesn't block IJ. The only thing I can think is that I was trying to load it the other day during the daily maintenance. I don't usually run into it when I'm at home, because it happens very early in the morning for me...but here that equates to late afternoon. Duh. ;-)
So anyway, I can check tags, at least, even if I don't have a ton of time to actually post anything. (Dinner break for the next few minutes, woo!)

Work has eaten me alive. Now that I've really gotten into the swing of things, I have far less time to myself than expected, most of which is spent sleeping, and it's about to drive me insane. Also, IJ is blocked at the office, so I can't even pop on during breaks. I'm truly, truly sorry for my prolonged absences from posting. My schedule is a lot more packed than I thought it would be. Please bear with me, as I'm not usually this inconsistent...this trip has thrown me for a loop. I'm soooo ready to go home now. Only 2 weeks to go.
ETA: I've managed to tag everything I had open, I *think*, so if I missed you, please nudge me. Or if you just generally need me or want to plan threads, for that matter. March Plot - Time For a Time Warp!
There is a reason that this place is called the Time Warp. It's not just that there are people from different places and times, but time is going to start moving out of sync. We need characters to volunteer for this month's plot, where your character will be warped!
1. Your character will be aged either forwards or backwards. If they are aged forward, they will retain all their memories from here, as well as any memories they would have had from the normal time line. If they age backward, they will only have the life memories of their former age they have learned about here.
2. Characters will warp at random. The mods will assign you a specific date over the next few weeks in which the change will take place. From an IC point of view, this will all appear very random. Characters will stay warped for an assign period of time (we will use a random number generator) that will be sent to the mun along with their warp date.
3. Characters can not warp more than 15 years in the future and can not warp younger than 11. Mods reject the right to not have too many ickles at once. Characters can not warp past their own date of death.
4. You have until Friday to sign up!

Hello All!
I have to be heading out for a bit but I wanted to make this post before I left because I'm oh so eager. My name is Valerie and I will be playing Molly Weasley I. I've never played a younger Molly. I've done an older Molly but it should be fun to play around with a younger version. I imagine she had alot of spunk as a young woman. Heck, she had spunk as an older woman.
The application on Molly's journal gives the basic information of her world up to the point that she was brought here. She's 23-years-old, it's 1973 and she just has two sons so far two-year-old Bill and nearly 4 month old Charlie. Unfortunately they are not with her and that upsets her greatly as does the absence of her husband.
I am hoping to do a thread tonight. At the very least I'll throw up something that's open and anyone that wants to completely blow Molly's mind is free to do so. I'm open to any sort of plots and would love some information on what's been going on. Who she could know. Who she could not like very much and so forth.

Hi all! I've arrived at my destination and am around-ish for the next few days. I'm extremely jet-lagged and trying to convince my body that 11.5 hours of time zone difference is really no big deal (and failing). I've got to figure out my schedule a bit better, as I will be going into the office for the first time tomorrow. I'll be checking in at least sporadically until I'm adjusted, and then by the weekend should be better.

Hey guys. I completely suck for doing this so soon after joining, but I'm going to have to remove my Snape. I was slowly starting to get back into rp, but I think I've just taken on too much right now with everything else going on in my life. Snape, being such a crucial character, needs a much more active writer than myself, so it's not fair for me to hog him.
You all have been so great and this is definitely one of the more creative HP games I've been in (not to mention the most active!) Keep up the fantastic work with your wonderful portrayals of these characters!

Everyone meet barely-18-year old Minerva McGonagall. She's Head Girl, and will mess you up if you get on her bad side. Remember that rule about no Transfiguring students? That was put in place because of her.
This is the teenage, not dour, slight social butterfly McGonagall who has a slight crush on Tom Riddle who is not going to believe anything she hears about the war unless she hears it from Dumbledore.

Hey all! I think I know some of you from around, so hi to friends old & new :) I'm Kat (2) and I bring you Lily Potter II! She's a bit quiet and shy (think Ginny prior to her fourth year), and tends to stay close to her large family (but really, who needs to know people outside the Weasley-Potter clan with that many cousins). Though, of course, if either of her older brothers show up, she'll kindly act as the usual bratty and nagging little sister. It's only her duty. Lily comes here as 18 years old, the summer just after she's graduated Hogwarts, where she spent the past seven years in Ravenclaw.
She's rooming in Glacies 202B with Ariana Dumbledore, too, by the way.

1. Not everyone's magic will come back all at once.
2. For now, only small magic is coming back. Think of it like how children's first magic is described in fanon. It will be small things, sometimes during times of stress.
3. More powerful magic might come back. If you are good.

Hi everyone! I'm still alive and kicking, just in case anyone has wondered. I'm preparing to go out of the country for work, so I'm a little crazy. I leave Friday and will be completely unavailable this weekend, as I've got 20+ hours of travel time. Once I get there, I will be in GMT +5.5 (currently in GMT -6), but I should be around rather normally during my non-work time, just at different hours. Be back in the US at the end of March.

Hello everyone! This is Ana, the Susan player, with my second character Helena Ravenclaw. I have never played her before, but I got inspired so here she is. I am at my friends house so I don't want to download the icons to her computer. I have the link to the icon set I will be using if you want to know what she will look like!
But yeah, the basic facts you should all know about her are that she is the only daughter of Rowena Ravenclaw, one of the four Hogwarts founders. She is very intelligent like her mother, but is VERY jealous of her mother since she does not think she is ever seen as smart or on the same level as her mother. She is scheming to steal her mother's diadem after she learned about the powers it possessed.
She has very high standards in her friends and especially romantic partners and has turned down every offer from interested men wanted to court her. Her most persistent suitor is a specific Baron. I left his name blank in case anyone wanted to app him and make up their own name. She knows he is attractive and from a good family, but she never sees anyone as good enough. This caused her to get into a HUGE fight with her mother, which is when she got transported here.
She is VERY confused and scared since this is time is very different from her time period. She is not used to all this new technology and so is FREAKING OUT right now.
I suggest reading her profile since it describes her personality and it will give you a very good idea on if your character would get along with her. But, on first impression she comes across as nice and very polite. That does not mean she actually really likes you though! Again, read her profile!
So, yeah no one in game now was alive in her time so she would not have any current friends or anything, but any future friends/ future best friends/ any guy who thinks they would live up to Helena's insane standards and want to try to court her/etc!
