BEGINNING MARCH 15THIt's 1980 and the first war is escalating. Voldemort is slowly taking over all aspects of magical life; he is systematically knocking out important ministry figures in his quest to deter Millicent Bagnold's campaign for Minister of Magic, and plotting the demise of key radicals in the Order of the Phoenix, Dumbledore's agitating, underground society. But something is changing. A new prophecy is being crafted by someone who has seen how Voldemort's campaign will tear the world apart and destroy the lives of those fighting against him. Will they re-shape the war to a better end, or simply delay what they are trying to prevent? Maybe an ill wind is blowing nobody any good.

Dark London - A Victorian story game
It is 1899 and London is a conflicted city. Industrious, full of technology, the city is a beacon of enlightenment across the world. Yet in the shadows horrors still lurk, horrors that were believed to be left behind in this new age.
Our game seeks to blend Victorian tales, both fictional and real. The woes of Doctor Jekyll thread through the terrible crimes of Jack the Ripper, and blend with others such as Dracula. The game is open to new concepts that fit within our theme, and characters who can thrive in its setting. We welcome people looking to develop their characterisation and writing ability.
Please note: The nature of the game includes graphic descriptions that are considered unsuitable for those below the age of 18. You must be at least 18 to apply.
We are looking for

It all began with a strange sentient planet that had gotten lonely, and had begun to kidnap people from all times and places to keep itself company. To entertain it's 'guests', it created a world that, every so often, shifted, but always looked like some sort of resort on earth. In a rare moment of weakness, the King of the Goblins and Ruler of the Underground, Jareth, was taken unawares and brought to the Planet. What followed was an inevitable clash of egos as the powerful fae creature fought with the strange sentient planet. The battle was fierce, and the fallout completely unpredictable.
In the end, a new dimension was created, somewhere between Jareth's old home and the dimension occupied by the sentient planet. In this new land, Jareth appears to reign surpreme. But can anyone truly rule in a world that was created in such a bizarre and tumultuous way? A few people had been brought along with him in the creation of the new realm, but Jareth decided that anything the Planet could do, he could do better. With that in mind, he began to bring in people from all places and times. Very soon, those who had been brought with him would have company...

Welcome to historic Forks, Washington, the "Logging Capital of the World". We are a small town, but charm is on our side. We have fishing, numerous community events, and even the Forks Timber Museum, constructed in 1990. For the outdoorsmen, we have daily wilderness hikes and excursions to the Hoh Rainforest and Pacific beaches. We are just a drive away from Port Angeles and La Push, where the Quileute Indian Tribe resides.
And if none of that interests you, you may be interested in the family of vampires that reside nearby. In fact, one of them is soon getting married to the police chief's daughter, Bella Swan.
