I thought I'd give a quick intro to add onto Amber's. Since everyone is supposed to remember this Parker like she's always been there, I figured you'd need to know what this Parker is like!
In her world Parker is an only child. Coop showed up just after Parker was born, so Phoebe sent him away. Parker never had siblings and she never had a stepfather. But that's not really what you guys need to know!
From a young age, Parker's empathy has been so strong she can't control it. She had nightmares her whole life, she can't get through a single day without aspirin. The reason for this (although NO ONE knows it) is that she has the power of projection. And growing up on stories of how powerful the Charmed magic is, she thought it was too much for her to handle, so it became too much for her to handle. Basically she suffers from a very strong inferiority complex. She's quiet, shy, and very very sweet. She lives in an apartment downstairs from Phoebe's loft, because she didn't want to be too far from her mommy.
