all week, everywhere
[The days have been colder and colder lately, but today's scenario will feel abrupt even for those who were already stocking up on blankets and warm sweaters. From early on in the morning, and for a few long days, everything will be white, covered in fluffy snow. Did you live in a comfortable house somewhere? Well, surprise, your homes have all changed to smaller cottages scattered here and there, in the middle of the snowy scenery. And they'll be pretty empty inside, as well.

You might want to head out and gather supplies somewhere, especially wood to start fires so you don't freeze to death. But during the day, a blizzard will happen and make it difficult to find your way around again!

It'll be a good time to team up with others and use your skills (magic does still work, this time) to reach home and stay warm for the next couple of days. Watch out at night, especially, when monsters from the forests and swamps might come lurking around!]

[If ever there was a picture of someone going full stubborn above all, the young woman currently trudging alone and lost through the blizzard would be a strong contender for it. She keeps her arms crossed in front of her and relies on her magic to keep warm, but otherwise is seemingly not about to let the utter confusion of these circumstances slow her down in finding shelter. There was actually an early effort to call out for her usual travel companions, but when that failed... her jaw set and she resolved to head onward.

She'll be wary of accepting help even when she does come across other people, but for any injured - her healing spells are potent and freely given, if stoically so. More importantly: no cuddles, do not touch.]

[Her dress in comparison definitely paints the image of a straggler in need, hardly looking fit for the cold if it wasn't made as armor through Renan tech. She hears him before seeing where he is through the heavy snow - and it startles her enough to look briefly like a deer caught in the headlights, wary and ready to bolt, but stern in how she answers back.]

Who's there? Show yourself.

Ugh, today was absolutely a waste of an amazing outfit! [She was ready for cooler weather, but not THIS cold! She is definitely not dressed appropriately... and she looks dang cold.]

[Maybe not as cold as she should be - she can manage some of the babiest warming spells - but it's clear she isn't doing too great and doesn't seem particularly clear about which way she's heading.]

... Was it this way...? [where the hell is she?]
