On April 1st, everywhere || El 1ro de Abril, en todos lados
[When you first step outside today, it might seem like it's another day for a cheesy couple-y celebration. Afterall, the first thing you'll notice is the abundance of pink everywhere.

But no, this time it isn't because of hearts anad candy decorations, the pink comes from trees. Cherry blossom trees, specifically, which seem to have multiplied overnight and are now at full bloom everywhere, covering the ground in beautiful pink blossoms.

Of course, you can't have a cherry blossom viewing without some picnics, so you'll find there's blankets and picnic baskets set out underneath the trees for anyone to enjoy.

And here and there, at the center of the various towns and cities, you'll find something else. A massive birthday cake set up in an equally massive table, decorated in white and pinks with a cherry blossom motif.

Afterall, there's a lot of birthdays to celebrate today!]
