As for what she is, there's a certain level of magical mental defense that she has by default (not unbreakable but strong), and that certainly adds to the mysterious feeling from her, if he were to try to probe that way. Nothing like that. There was a brief time [TEN YEARS IS NOT BRIEF.....] that was rather busy... Nowadays I'm taking it easy on our travels.
