He's been showing himself very little, going out only to half-assedly hunt enough sustainance to keep going another rather miserable night.]
[Yet here he is, wandering between vendors, looking at the decorations and trinkets available with only the thought that Claudia would find them fun and likely wish to try on masks and decorative items like that. While Lestat would probably find them ridiculous - maybe make some speech about real horrors, and how silly humans are with the way they enjoy being spooked over things they already know aren't real. Or maybe he'd enjoy the theatricality of it all.]
[Part of him feels maybe he should have fun in their place, but he's never really worked that way, and so he's simply having his own kind of "fun" by feeling melancholic and homesick for a while. He does at least end up with a mask, a white one with paintings that resemble a fox of some sort.]
