She had promised Vash that he would be able to watch her make donuts. She'd set out all the basic ingredients on the counter (which included the vat of oil on the stove) after she'd gotten off the journal system. Now that everything was done, she sat down at her kitchen table and attempted to quell her nervousness. After all, there was nothing to worry about.
He was just ... a boy. Not that she'd really had a boy in her apartment before. And really, he looked more like a man. A handsome man. Hm. The sound at the door (and the feeling of someone else's emotions, quite literally coming closer) startled her and she pushed out of her chair, smoothing down her white skirt and unlocking the door. She opened it a crack and smiled very gently.
"Ah...hello." She blinked a pair of bright gold eyes at him.
