This here is Dominic Skeeter, pretty boy and Prince of the world (in his eyes anyway, and in his Blurb!) He's your average playboy who likes to buy pretty things for his flavor of the week. He's shallow, pretty, and pretty. Did I mention he was pretty?
His mother is Rita Skeeter (ew, how did she have a kid?) and his father is a man named Alexander Rookwood, cousin of Augustus Rookwood the DE. Let's just say Alexander got a little drunk and blah, and here comes Dom. He tried to stay with Rita for a while, but decided she was horrible and left her, but not before a terrible fight that ended with his family promising her as much money as she needed. The Rookwoods own some big ass company that does dirty back-door business that makes a crap ton of money, so that's why he is so spoiled. He is the first in line to inherit the family business and he'll make sure everybody knows that. He likes to flaunt his money like it's no big thing.
He has a half-sister who attends Beauxbatons (it's her first year, so cute!) She is one of the few people in like he loves more than anything else because her real mom died when she was really young, though not many people know she exists. He has a pretty interesting history (No lie, I was amused while writing it) so I suggest you check it out. He's just getting over a fall out with his mama and she's trying to make everything up to him by constantly buying his love, so that is just what he knows in life. He usually doesn't like fights, and if he does get himself into one, he tends to find someone else to fight his battles. He's also not the greatest with quick wit, but enjoys planting these little ideas in your head that make you question yourself even though you know whatever he said was complete bullshit.
Okay, well that's all I really feel like saying right now. Please feel free to read all about him to get a better understanding.
He needs the usual, friends, enemies, girls he can dazzle, boyfriends who hate him, and one specific girl who catches his eye. Because while he loves to spoil and wine and dine ladies, he needs one who keeps him down to earth and doesn't put up with his shit. If he found one of those, he would probably actually have a legit girlfriend. That is also in his personality so if you're interested, look that up mayne.
