[26 Aug 2010|04:58am] Hey guys! So over the past few days we've had a few more drops. We appreciate that it's a very busy time for everybody, what with summer ending and school beginning. It's completely understandable, although very sad and disappointing. Nobody likes losing characters, after all. So what we're trying to say is that if anybody has any suggestions or comments regarding the community and what we can do to make it better, please don't hesitate to step up on your soapbox and let us know! On a plus note, Kari has picked up her second character! [26 Aug 2010|08:10am] Hey, guys! It's Kari, Kelsey's mun! I decided to bring in another character. Meet Eddie Bletchley! He's a seventh year Ravenclaw with enough charm and wit to wrap people around his finger and to wriggle his way out of any mess he gets himself into. He's popular and able to befriend people from all different ends of the social spectrum while maintaining neutrality. This, you see, is a benefit of the social judo he has mastered - he knows what strings to pull, when to pull them, and just the right thing to say. It's easy to take his silly behavior and write him off as an imbecile, but this is actually far from the truth. The easiest hint of this? Well, dude is in Ravenclaw! He's a fun guy to be around, through and through, though a few of you guys may dislike it when he gets within five feet of your girlfriends. He's a social wizard in most scenarios, but Eddie is also quite conceited and taken with himself. So, yeah. xD Please, please, please read his application! Anyway, I'm looking for friends, best friends, ex girlfriends, enemies, whatever! If you read his application, you'll see that he has had sex with three girls and I'm looking for those three. Contrary to how it may come off, Eddie isn't actually a manwhore. xD He flirts by default, but he wouldn't actually dive down the pants of every chick in Hogwarts. I'd like for two of the girls that he has slept with to actually be exes and one of them, perhaps, can be one of those drunken party one night things over the summer. As for friends, like I said, Eddie can be friends with practically anyone. He's a master when it comes to molding himself just the right way to find common ground with anyone. Looking forward to plotz! <3 EDIT: Also, please note that your girl can be an ex of Eddie's and not have slept with him. Please remember that these are optional, but are worth more house points if chosen to be completed! »During a momentary lapse of concentration, Nicole Hopkins forgets about a certain disappearing step whilst walking down the stairs. Her foot gets stuck and it seems all hope is lost. Enter Cian Dolohov. It’s up to Cian whether or not to help the Slytherin sixth year or to simply pass by and leave Nicole stuck. »A spell gone wrong in Defence Against the Dark Arts has landed both Nina Dawlish and Graham Elkins in detention. Neither are happy with this (for obvious reasons), but what happens whilst both are polishing in the Trophy Room (without magic!) is up to Nina and Graham. »With the upcoming masquerade ball, dance fever has spread throughout the school. One major problem? Zachary Umbridge doesn’t know how to dance! Gabriel Zeller spots him trying to practice and it’s up to the Hufflepuff whether or not he wants to lend a helping hand and some words of advice or simply stand by and laugh. »Peeves is being particularly devious lately. After class, he swoops down and steals the bag of Ashley Twist and scarpers. After pursuing the poltergeist, Ashley finds her bag hanging from the neck of a rather tall statue. As her wand is in her bag, she has no means to retrieve it. Edmund Bletchley happens to be walking by at that very moment, and it’s up to him whether or not to help Ashley out or to continue on with his business. »A Divination project has all sixth year students heading for the library this week. Unfortunately, there aren’t enough books for everybody! Sam George takes the last copy, just before Rose Weasley can get there.
