sorry for how long this took ;_;
Technically she was supposed to at least pretend to fall for the Lord of Darkness, wasn’t she? He found himself forgetting some of the details for the movie but did feel somewhat amazed that he seemed to know a bit more about the damn thing than she did for once. At least he wasn’t completely blind in it — but then again, he decided pointedly that he rather enjoyed going into things somewhat blindly. It certainly made for an interesting time.
Double checking that he still had his sword; Light began his walk up the stairs after Paprika until the voice of Tim Curry as the Lord of Darkness echoed through the hallways. Raising his brows, Light listened as the Lord of Darkness began to talk to Lily about the various things she could gain from him, riches, beautiful dresses, other various things like that. For some reason this caused his brows to knit together in a deep frown, he assumed it was the character of Jack getting his personality settled into Light’s mind. He shook his head, telling himself not to be upset about the Lord of Darkness’ taunts to the girl his character cares for considering who’s at his side.
“Right…” Light muttered, peering around the corner which consisted of a door leading to a small balcony that was just above the area Princess Lily and the Lord of Darkness were speaking within.
Motioning for Paprika to follow him, he quietly moved through the hall the rest of the way, onto the small balcony and peered over the edge of it where Lily, a rather pretty long haired brunette, stood looking into a mirror that showed her standing in a beautiful gown (that she was not physically wearing) covered in gold, jewels, wearing a tiara and other riches all around her. The Lord of Darkness, a rather large man with elongated horns on either side of his head, stands behind her with his large, clawed hands on Lily’s shoulders, talking all the more on the things he can give her, that she deserves better than anything someone like Jack can give her.
Jack — or, Light as it were — was still peering over the edge of the balcony and now turned to look at the faerie at his side.
“He’s going to stop talking to her sooner or later, after she agrees to stay with him. When he does, we need to find a way to smash that mirror so Lily stops looking into it and also take down the Lord of Darkness.” Sinking to his knees to stay hidden behind the balcony’s stone wall, he looked at her and shrugged lightly. “So got any game plans magical girl?”
