[Cecil decides to pay his brother a visit, since that's what he's been wanting to do for awhile now. Hopefully he's not disturbing Elmina if she happens to be sleeping. It is pretty late, but he has no problem with being extra quiet if he needs to be. He just has a lot on his mind lately, most of which can't be talked about with anyone else. Not even Kain.
