Who: Allison, Scott & Isaac Where: Near Klaus's house When: Tonight, just as Klaus and Diana are having their little spat What: They realize just how compelled Allison is Status: On-going Warnings: Violence but I feel like that goes without saying
Allison and Isaac had planned to go on patrol and were heading out of the house when Scott had intercepted them and asked to go with them. Allison was surprised by the request since she and Scott had barely spoken since they had talked about Liam. Allison continued her training sessions with the youngest beta of the pack because she thought it was the most prudent thing to do. She wouldn't know what to do if Scott tried to get in the way of the extra sessions. She would cross that bridge when she came to it and she really wasn't looking forward to it. Liam wasn't ready yet. It wasn't that he wasn't strong enough, he just didn't trust himself enough. He was afraid. Allison understood too because she was afraid. She was afraid all the time. She just never told anyone or showed it.
She didn't think the pack had noticed their estrangement with the exception of Isaac who wouldn't be able to ignore it. The three of them usually spent so much time together and lately it had been the two of them pairing off with Isaac. Allison gave Isaac and Scott a wide berth so they could enjoy their time together. While she wasn't jealous, rarely got jealous of their relationship, she did wish she could be with them. She just hadn't figured out how to approach Scott and usually Scott would approach her but he hadn't this time. She didn't know what that meant for all of them, she didn't like to think about it too hard.
Her time with Kate had been surprisingly fun but she wasn't telling anyone about it. Not even Isaac. She definitely wasn't telling her father. She didn't want everyone to freak out and think she was some kind of traitor. She wasn't. Staying close to Kate was actually the best way to protect the pack. If Kate really loved Allison the way she claimed, then she wouldn't hurt her friends. And if she planned to hurt her friends, Allison was close enough to stop her. Then again, it wouldn't be the first time a family member had gotten close just to take advantage of and use her to their own end. She didn't want to believe that Kate was like Gerard. She was a pawn, the same way Allison had been a pawn except for Kate had to survive several more years of it. The difference between Allison and Kate wasn't quite as vast as people thought. Maybe that was why Chris wouldn't have approved. Maybe he saw the parallels between his daughter and his sister.
As usual, Allison was covered in head to toe with weapons. Now that the zombie chaos was over, the three of them hadn't had to stay with the pack the whole time. They had split back into their separate houses and could afford to go somewhere together without leaving at least one behind to keep watch over the others. The lack of undead didn't stop Allison from carrying her usual amount of weapons on her. A pistol, her longbow and a quiver full of arrows. A taser and about eight different knives.
She took up the lead and was quiet for a few blocks as they walked, eyes peeled for any trouble. Scott and Isaac had extra werewolf senses so when they were with her, she mainly relied on them. Usually they could spot a problem before she did. Then it just became a matter of who took care of the problem first or how they were going to tackle it. They weren't even on Klaus's street when Allison heard him screaming. She looked at the boys saw them swap a glance. They had definitely heard that. His screams rang through the air again and Allison took off at top speed. Her shoes pounded the pavement and then the grass as she took a shortcut through neighborhood lawns. Klaus's screams only made her push herself harder to run faster.
She stopped short in the street. Isaac and Scott were already there watching some girl torture Klaus on his front lawn. Yes! Allison that was still one hundred percent Allison was thrilled to watch him in pain after all the pain he caused her. Then the compulsion kicked in and she began running towards the witch to stop her.
