9:36a	Drabble by darkling Original poster: snapesdarkling First Fight for irana's Drabble Night. Severus/Harry 287 words. G "What's the matter with you?" "Nothing." Severus looked at his lover sharply. No, there was definitely a problem. Harry was biting his lower lip. "Nothing?" "NOthing." Oh, and now he was adjusting his glasses unnecessarily. Not good. "You've been sulking ever since you came home." "I have not." Severus moved to stand in front of Harry. He leaned in close and found Harry's eyes. "Yes you have." Harry drew back as if he were back in potions class. "Don't do that." "What?" "Lean over me like that." "You usually like it." "Well I don't right now." Severus stayed where he was for a moment and then straightened and moved away. "Well, when you are out of your funk, maybe you will tell me why." When Harry did not reply, Severus returned to his chair and pretended to read. Harry sat, misery radiating from every pore. When the tension became unbearable, Severus stood and made his way to the bathroom. The sound of running water brought Harry slowly out of his reverie. He sighed and stood, stretching his tired body. Making his way into the bedroom, he peeled off his clothes and made ready to get into bed. Turning back the covers he noticed a small box wrapped in scarlet paper. Attached was a note. With shaking fingers Harry opened the note. It said simply, "Marry me." Sitting heavily, he opened the box. Inside was a gold ring with a ruby and emerald set into the band. He sat for several minutes then still holding the box made his way to the shower. Severus stoped towelling himself off and looked from Harry to the box. "Well," he said. "Happy Birthday." Harry smiled. "And I thought you had forgotten." (Comment on this)

Still working the angst. Thanks for all the great commentary on the first bit! Angst and I may call a truce one of these days :D Title: Afterthought Pairing: SS/HP Rating: R-plus? Disclaimer: Still broke. Still not mine. Summary: Harry reflects on the end of an affair. Notes: For everyone who wanted a fluffy ending to "Forethought," ummm . . . sorry? 8:43p	OK just putting out a few feelers here... Original poster: snapesdarkling You may say I have taken leave of my senses but I am going to start a Harry/SEverus based RPG. At this stage I have no idea what it will be called. I do know it will be on Greatest Journal and that it will be plot driven. The game will allow for slash (and het if you must) but no chan. It will be set in Hogwarts some time after the defeat of Voldemort and certain characters are back in various teaching roles. Harry will be around 20 years old. THere is a set of circumstances that will be set up to help everyone get a spot in the limelight with their character (I hope). The relationship between Harry and Severus is not pre-existing and it is envisaged that they will both have other relationships until they work out their feelings for each other one way or the other. The reason I am posting here with all these vague ideas is to see how many people in this community would be interested in joining the game and what character they may be interested in playing. This is NOT a call for applications, just an advance announcement to see who may be interested and to ensure the game contains people who understand and love the Severus/Harry pairing. The only stipulations I have are that players be over the age of 18 and have at least some rpg experience. I would prefer older players, that is, those over 25-30 but will not exclude any application from consideration as long as it is an over 18. If you hate SNape/Potter, this game may not be for you but having said that, Harry and Severus are only two characters in the game. THere is room for many more. If you dont want to play a character, give consideration to being a journalist for the Quibbler or the Prophet... So, let me know by commenting on this post if you are interested in being involved.
