Kingdom Hearts, Riku/Sephiroth/Cloud, mpreg, the Dark had given him more than just a wing and a claw
Frowning, Riku followed Sephiroth as the older man followed whatever connected him to their missing lover, their tails propelling them through the water with ease. The first time he had been forced to stagger away from the Heartless and fall to his knees to get sick while his lovers defended him, Cloud had said he had eaten something that had disagreed with him. Riku and Sephiroth had both worn looks that said they didn’t believe his explanation, but they didn’t press him to see a healer. After that, Cloud had apparently gotten better at hiding whatever illness was plaguing him. Especially since he didn’t smell sick to Riku, and wasn’t that confusing. Now, Cloud had suddenly vanished, and it was only Sephiroth’s connection to the blond that lead them to Atlantica of all places. Riku knew he was going to have nightmares later about singing and dancing fish. Served Cloud right to get kicked because of this.
Slipping into grotto, Riku let a small sigh of relief slip out of him at the sight of Cloud sitting on a rock surrounded by swaying seaweed, his back to them. He was rather amused to see that Cloud had a typical mer tail, the scales a shimmering blue, while the wing he tried so hard to hide from the world was a large almost gauzy fin of black. An interesting contrast to Sephiroth’s spiny wings and sea serpent tail that Riku shared with him. “Geeze, Cloud, why’d you come here of all places? I’m gonna have nightmares about singing fish for a </>week</i>.”
Instead of jumping up to greet them, Cloud stiffened and curled over his lap as if hiding something. “You need to leave.”
Snorting, Riku swam over to him. “As soon as you tell us where you parked your Gummi so we can get out of this fish bowl.”
“Don’t come any closer!” Startled, Riku stopped to stare at wide blue eyes that were filled with fear. Sephiroth on the other hand, had no qualms with moving up to Cloud and hauling him upright. Snarling, Cloud thrashed in Sephiroth’s grip, but Riku saw what Cloud had been trying to hide.
“What’s going on, Cloud? You look like you’re pregnant, but you’re male.” As if his words were a trigger, all the fight vanished from Cloud and he hung there, limp. Riku reached out a careful hand and pressed it against the swell of Cloud’s stomach only to jerk his hand back at the feel of something moving under the skin. “Cloud?”
Cloud shook his head, staring at the ground. Sephiroth snorted. “It was the Dark, wasn’t it? It changed you far more than you thought, didn’t it?”
“Don’t sound so smug, you bastard,” Cloud retorted but it lacked the usual heat that came from their verbal arguments. Never before had Cloud sounded so defeated.
“I never thought I’d see the day when the great Cloud Strife just gave up,” remarked Riku, shaking his head as he floated there. “To think that you’re one of the defenders of Radian Garden and someone a lot of people respect.’
“How can they respect me when I’m fucking pregnant?!?” Cloud snarled, his head jerking up to glare at Riku.
Smirking, Riku leaned closer to him. “I think fucking is what got you into this problem,” he purred, nuzzling Cloud’s cheek. “Don’t worry. Seph and I will take it easy on you when those pesky hormones hit.”
The anger turned to surprise and confusion as Riku reached down to trail a hand over that bump before wandering lower to start his argument for Cloud returning with them. He had learned a great deal the last time he was in Atlantica, and he was going to use that to show Cloud that it had been a very foolish idea to run from them.
Not that they wouldn’t chase him again and again, but it was the principle of the thing.
