Kingdom Hearts, Auron/Leon, soldiers
The worlds have changed since he last walked among them as a living man. Kingdoms have fallen and risen; monsters roam where none were before; and through it all generations of people have died and been born. It's all different now, everything except for the soldiers. Fewer than before but still around and still doing the same job.
And still looking for the same thing.
The man rolls his head back, slit gray eyes staying fixed on the window. Auron has no doubt that he hasn't once lost sight of it or the hordes below. Not even when Auron tightens his grip pulling a low moan out of the otherwise silent man. Cracking a soldier's training just enough to make a sound is a small victory. Auron lets his eyes close and feel the callouses on the hand gripping his cock. Another low moan from the soldier, so close to his ear he can actually feel it, is more than enough for Auron's release. He shudders and bites back any sound. Moving his hand faster and pulling the soldier over with him.
Auron uses his weight to keep them both upright against the wall. The tower echos their own panting back to them, but no other noise intrudes. When Auron finally pulls back, he isn't surprised at all to see those gray eyes open and fixed on the window. Some would be insulted, but Auron knows all too well the duties of a soldier. He quickly fixes his clothing and nods his thanks when a rag is offered.
"Do you want anything?" The man is silent for a long time, and if Auron didn't know better he'd have thought he was being ignored. But soldiers are the only thing that hasn't changed and he does know better. So, he waits.
"Leon," the man finally says. His name.
"Auron," he replies in kind and steps up to the window. Together they watch the horde of monsters shift and roil. Two men, the only thing between it and the tiny town of innocent. They do not speak again until Leon's watch is over. And when they do it is simple and uncomplicated.
