Ash showed up kind of late, but he showed! He had to drop by a USC classmate's party first and make an appearance to keep that college networking thing strong, blah blah blah, as he explained to anyone who asked. Though he wasn't actually terribly interested in the game, he joined into any cheering and even engaged in some very basic football shit-talking. He's from SF, so the 49ers get his support!
