[1] I'll advise talking to Josh first.
[2] I still don't think you should quit, not if you really want to do this.
[3] There's always something we can do, your past lives shouldn't dictate what you do in your current one.
[4] Putting something on a medical bracelet is a good first step probably. Maybe something like an advanced directive or living will would be useful?
