I have been guilty of talking in another language about someone so they don't know I'm talking about them, but there were two girls who were very rude about me in Spanish on the train today. Is chola style back in fashion? The 1990s want their ugly lip liner look back. You should overline for your fish lips like everyone else.

Amazon and eBay have failed me for a costume and I'm disappointed. I will have to make it.

My lao lao would be impressed with you talking about people in another language to talk bad about them.

She would insult me in Cantonese to convince me to do better. Until I swore at her in Cantonese. You should have heard her ranting.

Maybe we should learn some insults in Spanish.

It is easier here in America to do it with French but not many people I know speak it. I do it with my mother.

That's a shame. Languages are important.

Insults are the first thing you should learn. Lao lao said that it's important to know when people are talking bad about you. More important than asking for directions, because you don't know how stupid they are. Chinese sometimes will tell you where they think you want to go.

I can teach you some insults in Mandarin, if you'd like.

This is why I have been teaching French and ASL to my brother and Gio. People here stop at their high school Spanish and nothing past it.

I'm in. I've never felt more comfortable at an idea before. Even better. Get me fluent enough and we can find those same girls and talk bad about them in their language, because it's fun.
