Feeling Avery's body tense up under her touch had Madison make a really big effort not to smile. She would be very surprised if he didn't walk away. But if he didn't, well, she might have to turn it up a notch. This one might be easy to get rid of, perhaps. Maybe too easy, but she wasn't complaining.
Nodding, Madison smiled pleasantly at both Miles and Avery. "It's good to meet you both too!" She eyed the buffet. "Do you guys want something to eat? I can go get it for you!" Madison playing the part of altruistic food-bringer. Of course Avery would say no, she suspected. She stood up anyway, waiting for their answer. "Or drink. Anything?" She was probably looking friendly and eager to make friends right now, which was what she wanted them to think.
