Searching for an RPG

Hello –

Coming over from full_circle, recently split off from another game, we’re looking to recast a few roles.

Ginny Potter – Has been divorced from Harry for 6 months, was intended to go to Hogwarts to start on a Modern History of Magic class to further a plot arc. Could also fill the open quidditch/flight instructor position.

Ron Weasley – his son has just come out of the closet; his wife and daughter are handling it well. Ron’s an auror alongside Harry, and they’re busy dealing with werewolves and soon they’ll be dealing with people returning from the dead. Also, Rose would like to see her father, and Hermione would like to see her husband.

James S. Potter – backstory can pretty much go anywhere; he was an auror-in-training, but we’re flexible.

Scorpius Malfoy – backstory is negligible; he wasn’t played much at all through the arc centering around Libra’s kidnapping and Astoria’s nomination to head of Hogwarts.

Teddy Lupin - Tonks has just returned from the dead, and we'd really like to see a Teddy in-game to support her.

Several Weasleys are available for application, as is the entire Scamander family.

Hogwarts needs an Herbology professor as well as a quidditch referee/flight instructor, a future Modern History of Magic professor, and a caretaker. Any character from canon, dead or alive, is welcome to be apped thanks to the returnee plot arc.

More Aurors would not be amiss - there are crazy werewolves, not-so-reformed Death Eaters, and people returning from the dead to contend with.

Full Circle is a relatively fast-paced, dark, plot-centric game. It is NOT a shipping game. Which isn’t to say ships don’t happen, but that’s not the focus of the game. It is a split off Breaking Point, so yes, the involved plots will look familiar to people who’ve seen my requests before.

Britannia is a small town in upstate New York, notable mostly for its lovely scenery and affordable accommodations -- oh, and the high proportion of its citizens who are subject to vivid, disturbing dreams. The game is small but active, with plots afoot!

Lynette, the spunky but snarky sister of Lady Lyonors, who belabored the hell out of Sir Gareth and later married his brother

Palomides, a pagan knight, Tristan's rival for the affections of Isolde of Ireland

Elaine of Astolat, the lily maid who loved Lancelot and inspired approximately a thousand Pre-Raphaelite paintings

King Pellinore, lifelong beast-hunter and father of multitudes of knights

And plenty more!

Open Roles:

Can't decide who your favorite character is now? School is just starting up again, and there's room for more students and (particularly female) teachers. We currently have a dearth of physicians, psychiatrists, or other medical types -- and boy are we gonna need some. ;) Sanford's Family Restaurant could use waitstaff; the Lavender Inn (great value, if you can stand the kitsch) currently lacks employees.
