Genre: 1995 Alternate Universe. Lily and James Potter are alive. Barty Crouch Junior escaped his father's hunts; he was inducted as the current Defense Against the Dark Arts professor at the start of this school year.

Harry Potter, Neville Longbottom, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley. Harry and Neville especially, since events that shaped their childhoods in the books have been changed. With Frank and Alice Longbottom sane, Neville grew up in a loving home, as did Harry under the protection of the Fidelius Charm.
Adults!
Dolores Umbridge, Lucius Malfoy, Peter Pettigrew, Frank and Alice Longbottom, Barty Crouch Sr, Lord Voldemort, Sirius Black, Lily and James Potter. Voldemort is the man behind it all. We'd love to have a Lily and James, and with them being alive they get to interact with other characters when otherwise they'd be dead.

Dumbledore, Vector, McGonagall, Snape, Quirrel. Dumbledore is always welcome, and I would love to see a McGonagall.
