Draco is in desperate need of Narcissa Malfoy. He's been floundering since his father committed suicide two years ago, and even more so now that his father has returned from the dead! He desperately wants to turn to her, as well as help her return to her place in Wizarding Society! He and Lucius are getting into near daily rows because of his treatment of her. It would be good for him to see she's not the fragile porcelain doll he thinks she is.
He also is looking for any of his old classmates, Pansy Parkinson, Daphne Greengrass, Theodore Nott. He wants to reestablish his place in the world and the place of Slytherins in society. Those who are adaptable and yet conservative would be lovely for him. Partners in crime as it were!
