Needed: Sixth or Seventh Year Trio Era RP
Hi, everyone! I'm Eve, and I'm looking desperately for somewhere to play Michael Corner. I'm most interested in a sixth or seventh year Trio RP - Canon or AU. It would be a big plus if you also have Terry Boot or Anthony Goldstein open, because I have a friend who is looking to play one or the other with my Michael.
About Me
~ I'm over 21, so age limits aren't a problem.
~ I have over 11 years total RP experience, 3 years in journal-based Harry Potter roleplays.
~ I almost ALWAYS take multiple characters, and I've played everyone from Snape to Dedalus Diggle to Aberforth Dumbledore to George Weasley. It just depends on who my muse is screaming at me to take.
~ I take time to develop relationships, friendships, and even enemies, whether it's developed in game or in backstory.
What the Game Needs
~ Slash friendly. Sorry. No matter how many times I tell myself my Michael will be straight, he always ends up bi or gay. I can't stop him.
~ NC-17 posts allowed. This isn't just for sex. It's for violence, and let's face it... the books are pretty violent. I'm sure there were worse things we weren't shown.
~ Mature, friendly players who are willing to plot.
~ Mods who care.
~ A minimum of 6 distinct players. Why? Well, I tried to start my own RP and didn't have enough interest. The game needs to be in it for the long haul, and that can't happen with too few players.
~ Third person storybook format for threads and logs and first person format for journal posts.
~ Preferrably hosted on IJ or LJ.
~ Realistic PBs.
What the Game CAN'T Have
~ Teeny Boppers. No offense to younger players, but I deal with adolescents all day long. I don't want to do it in my hobby.
~ N3t Speek and Smilies =0)~ Of course I don't mind them OOC, but they don't belong in character.
~ Insanely out of character characters. Draco is NOT a whiney bitch. Kevin Entwhistle is NOT an idiot. Harry Potter is NOT ridiculously emo and a cutter.
~ DRAMA! At least, the OOC type. I can't stand it.
~ Prejudices against certain races, sexes, sexual orientations, etc. If your rules ban or limit the number of gay, straight, black, white, Asian, etc, characters, don't talk to me.
~ Crack. AU is one thing, but complete and total crack is another. Please don't show me a game where Snape is sleeping with the Giant Squid and Albus and Aberforth and the goats are having a threesome and Harry and Draco are best friends while Cho and Ginny get it on under the quidditch stands.
