Unlike some of the others on the island, Daphne hadn't been interested in knowing too much about her future. Hell, if she was honest, the thought hadn't really occurred to her to ask. Sure, having Astoria tell her that she'd met an older version of Scorpius and then having him arrive? She realized that there was information to be learned but she was having a hard enough time dealing with what she did know on this island.
"As far as we know, Delphine controls who comes and goes," she responded, offering her a shrug. She wasn't sure if there was someone out there mucking about in the forest trying to figure a way out. "Sometimes people just disappear along with their baggage." Of course, that was made worse by the realization that no one really knew what happened after you disappeared from the island, but she didn't think that little fact would be beneficial to the current conversation. As for the bathroom, well, she couldn't really say.
She had fully expected a barrage of questions. Who wouldn't? This place was certainly left you reeling, so when Jules turned the table back to Daphne, she was at a bit of a loss. She'd had so many questions to ask and they'd simple scattered the moment she had the opportunity to ask.
"Could you tell me a little bit about your life? Our lives," She asked. It all boiled down to that in the end. "Are we happy. Are you happy?" Even if she didn't know how it all happened, if they were happy then it wasn't anything to worry about, right?
