Hi All,

I am sorry to do this, as I know there have been a number of departures recently, but I too will be leaving. I’ve had a great time playing here, during the time that I have been here and have made a number of friends, but recently I have lost a lot of people I played with, so have decided to move on and focus my attentions elsewhere.

I know the HP community on IJ isn’t a massive one, so I have no doubt I will be playing with a lot of you again soon.

to be safe rather than sorry -- i'm going to go ahead and post this slow/hi-atus for the rest of the month/a little into October. i have a lot of life stuff happening, one of which is trying to move from one flooded state to another (and i know movers come the 27th -- do i know where i'm actually moving? no idea.). but dealing with family and saying goodbye to friends etc. in the meantime.

so sorry if my head just can't be found and i'm slow ❤

Hello m'loves. Just wanted to make this official. The sandwich that is my life keeps filling itself with more shit and it's getting real smelly. Like. Whoa smelly. So I need to take a slowatus and focus on some less baggage filled projects. I'm still here, and around and can do the things, I just need to ease the guilt of being around less with this heads up. Hopefully this age plot will help! Or you know, my sandwich could figure out how to just flush already. That'd be nice. Also probably didn't make sense. I don't know.

Speaking of age plot, I am aging Remus down. Kind of indecisive on the rest. So if anyone wants a different age of one of mine, let me know and I can probably do it up. (George, Frank, Regs, Pansy, Megan, Dominou)

Pretty laid back, for the most part. Doesn't really have high expectations that people have to live up to so he's not going to care if you've made an ass out of yourself.

I'm just here to intro this guy real quick -- Caradoc Dearborn. affectionately known as Doc.

he's from the first war; was 3 years ahead of the Marauders, Ravenclaw, tends to keep to himself and his experiments but also doesn't shy away from sharing his opinion or joining in an argument. he worked at the Ministry under the Department of Mysteries and joined The Order in early '78. currently, he's from August 18, 1981 - where he went missing on a mission the day before and is currently being held captive (if any Death Eaters want to be part of some baggage? ;D )

except now he's here! and needs Order/school friends, etc. he'll be landscaping and staying with the Tonkses if that helps. oootherwise, idk. I'm tired, am sorry.

Poppy will be disappearing from Friday evening (being led astray by a Hinkypunk on her way back to her hut from the school) and will return Monday morning.

To add injury to insult (yep backwards), just before she re-enters the village, she'll get a very large cut to the neck from one of the attacking plants. It'll look worse than it is and she's able to stop the bleeding, but the cut will need cleaning and mending. The hurt pride from being led away is another thing altogether...

I've arranged for someone to find her and someone to report her disappearance. If anyone has any questions or concerns, I'm always free.

Okay. So .. I don't even care what's going on in game right now. This is WAY more important. So ... since I'm doing an app and have gotten to the part that I can't fucking stand!! *cough*personalitytraits*cough* I'm distracting myself with gifs that I feel represent my characters.

Needless to say Imma pass out if I don't stop laughing and breath properly.

I could just be high as fuck on the painkillers I popped for my wrist ... ooor it could be actually hilarious. EITHER WAY, doesn't matter, Imma take up space in your journal feeds with this shit. Sooo here are the rules.

Helloo! It's Kate here, dragging another newbie into the madness...

This is Gideon Prewett. Twin of Fabian, brother of Molly and Uncle to 7 mini Weasleys. Also a journalist at the Prophet (it wasn't always a rag, promise!) and member of the original Order. Gideon has arrived from August 1981, fresh from meeting his newborn niece. In other news, Gideon and Fabian got ambushed by DEs on their way home,  sooo that means he's also  just seen his twin get murdered and comes from his own second of death. Yayyyyy Delphine! ❤

Um...  Apart from being a serial womanizer and flirt, Gideon is very charming, cheerful and generally easy to get along with. He loves to chat to people, and has a good sense of humour. He's basically a steroetypical Gryffindor, and the kind of bloke that people accidentally tell secrets to. Then he usually writes about them or passes them on to the Order. #journalism

Hi guys, I just wanted to put this here because as much fun as the chat is, things sometimes get buried.

I wanted to see if anyone would like any plots with Poppy? Justin is fine but I need some things for Poppy. Right now she's currently working at the market, teaching at the school a few hours a week and volunteering at the hospital. She's solved her first baggage and has earned her wand. I'd love for her to have a close friend.

If I've mentioned possible plot to you in the past it still stands but right now, she's kind of bored/boring. Please PM in discord or email me if you have any ideas. I really love her and don't want to have to drop her.

Okay ... I don't mean to jump on the bandwagon ... but until Sunday I'm super busy. I have family up from Ontario and I'm basically running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. Thankfully, I did the West Ed Mall tour yesterday soooo I have a little more time today.

That being said. I know I have a million threads going and some of you have been waiting for a response. I feel REALLY bad about not getting to it, but I promise I will. It just might take me a little while. I should be back up to normal capacity by Monday. If you still haven't gotten a response by then please let me know cause it likely got lost in the shuffle.

On the "I'm super gone right now" train, hi, it's legs and you may have noticed that I am SUPER gone. I'm about halfway through the Most Intense Job Evar and it's exhausting and most of my spare time is devoted to trying to get more than four hours of sleep sometimes. But! I'm still trying to check in and at the very least checking my email and throwing comments sometimes. If anyone needs me for something, pls let me know because I'm having a hard time sorting through all the entries I miss.

Hi Everyone!

After being in the game ages playing Demelza, I thought it was about time that I pick up another character. So everyone meet Amanda Brocklehurst (Mandy to her friends). She comes straight from 2004, is 24 years old and woke up here after a being at a big party last night and passing out. In her time she has been working as a temp for various Magical Creature rights charities (werewolves etc.) and lives in Manchester. She is a bit on the transparent side and has some hedonistic tendencies that she needs to get under control. That being said, she is intelligent, caring and would do anything for her friends.

Any plots would be appreciated <3

Figured I'd post this here so everyone can see it ... rather than it getting lost in the group chat. ♥ Penny is super close to finishing her second piece of baggage, which will give her a photo album from her time at Hogwarts. Sooo as you can imagine, it is full of hilarious pics.

If you would like your character (who has to have been at school at the same time as Penny) to be present in the album and, thereby, have their picture shared to either their amusement, pride, or horror than please find me a pic of your PB in their Hogwarts years (11-17) depending on their relation to Penny's time at school.
