Re: Anthony
"Really? Interestin'," Renwick regarded Anthony carefully, "A magical block caused by a biological agent. Maybe someone cursed the very first batch of the virus and it just propagated with it. Maybe trying to alleviate a magical block is the best way of treatin' it..."
The ideas were already swirling in Renwick's mind at the possibilities. Tests he waned to perform. Things he would look for. He reached for his own wand before remembering something important. His hand moved instead to a drawer in his desk. He pulled out a clipboard with a piece of parchment clipped in place.
"Before we get started I need to you sign something to say I've got permission to take your bodily fluids and that you're all willin' to try my cures and participatin' on your own accord. It's all standard fair, y'know? It's just so no one can accuse me or you of any funny business!" He pressed the clipboard and a quill into Anthony's hands. It was written in impossibly small script with a perfect line awaiting Anthony's signature.
"Just so you know it's magically binding... That way I can prove I didn't force you to sign it in any way." He offered Anthony a smile.
