Re: George
"Interestin'," Renwick remarked as he took the wand and examined its length. He summoned a small spray of purple stars from the tip that vanished a moment after. Nothing wrong with the wand...
"So they dosed you with the virus after you took that trial vaccine and then they just left you without magic?" He shook his head, "terrible... I am curious what was in that vaccine. They've been awful quiet with the ingredients of the one that worked. Don't want anyone makin' their own I bet... Not that I've not 'ad a go at it..."
Renwick returned George's wand and turned to retrieve a clipboard with a piece of parchment on it. "Now, if you wanna 'elp with my research to try and find a cure I need to you sign something to say I've got permission to take your bodily fluids and that you're participatin' on your own accord. It's all standard fair, y'know? It's just so no one can accuse me or you of any funny business!"
He offered George the parchment, written in impossibly tiny script with a nice line right at the bottom awaiting George Weasley's signature. "It's, er, magically binding. So the Ministry knows I didn't forge your signature."
