Finally they were venturing into conversation territory Stephen felt a little more comfortable in. He let himself relax just a tiny bit and nodded. "Yes, I'm going to do most of my studying at home. We've arranged tutors, and then, we'll I suppose it will depend on how the Department of Magical Education decide on it going. I might have to go to Hogwarts to complete the examinations if they won't allow independent invigilators to conduct the exam elsewhere," He tapped his fingers on his menu thoughtfully, "Still... I don't see why you couldn't either. Aside from History of Magic, I would be taking those subjects as well. Perhaps we can arrange for you to join me in my lessons. It's always better to have someone to study and practice with no?"
He liked that idea. If they were supposed to be getting married, they should be spending more time together. What better way to get to know one another than studying together. They shared an interest in similar subjects it would seem. He had a funny feeling his father may have approached Daphne's parents about whether or not she needed to do the additional year at Hogwarts. After all, what would a trophy wife need with advanced qualifications? A trophy wife. Is that what she would be? Would she hand off his arm at events and supply him with two or three children that they could toss to a nanny to raise for them, and then she would indulge in vanity and he in business and they would, for all intents and purposes, live two different lives that met in the bedroom of an evening? Though Stephen's parents didn't live such lives, he knew plenty of couples who did.
