Years after the war, and life is feeling back to normal.
The 2004 - 2005 Quidditch season is upon us. The teams of the British & Irish league are getting ready for what is sure to be an exciting season. Messy transfers, rumors of rival players sleeping with each other, sponsorships up in the air, and a grueling season. All the teams fighting to be at the top.
Quidditch Life is a game based around the British & Irish Quidditch League, however it is not limited to it. All characters from the Harry Potter world are welcome to come play and be apart of the game.

It's 1981. Voldemort is on the rise. Death Eaters roam free. Hundreds have died or disappeared. As each day passes, the resistance grows weaker. Voldemort seems to be invincible and all hope seems lost, that is until a Prophecy is made; a child with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh month dies to those who have thrice defied him and with a power that the Dark Lord will not understand. This child will bring an end to Voldemort's reign. And so the Dark Lord set out to kill this child before he could grow into a threat.
We all know the story, little Harry Potter is that child, his parent's die to protect him, the Dark Lord falls, Sirius Black is sent to prison, The Longbottoms are tortured to insanity, dozens more die, and the survivors are left broken.
But let's not get further into that, because we all know that story. Because, what if the story had a different outcome? What if you had a chance to re-write canon? Decide who lives? Who dies? Who wins the war?
What if you could re-write history?
Here is your chance!
Crescendo is an AU Marauders Era RPG taking place in 1981, when the war is in full swing. Through your actions, the story will slowly unravel into something new and exciting, or still have the same outcome. The ending is unknown, but the journey to discovering it will be a good one.

In 2010, the Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office of the Ministry of Magic finally granted permission for the next wave of muggle electronics -- the television -- to be studied and modified with magic. Ten years later, there was a telly in the home of every witch and wizard with programming ranging from goblin talk shows to galleon game shows to dramas, comedies, music videos, and even movies. More recently, 2021 saw the advent of reality shows, like The Fashion Show and Love Potion No. 9.
Get Real! was conceived by Maximus Trimble and Rhonda Roads as a way to appeal to the teenage demographic as well as pull in an older crowd on the strength of nostalgia. It's a reality TV show all about the life of the "average" Hogwarts student and the drama, laughs, and loves that blossom between them.
Season 1 begins filming this school year. By proxy of returning to school this year all students and parents have given their permission to be featured and/or mentioned on the programme. And if certain liberties happen to be taken with the presentation of the footage, well... that's just show business!

October 2018. It's five years after the pandemic began. The infected have taken over the world. They roam the streets like they belong there, clustering in the few places that humans still frequent. Electricity for the masses is a near-lost memory and now the only places that hold electricity are "safe havens" like shelters or churches. There are no more new cars or cushy apartments… right now every day is like a fight for survival.
There are small pockets of resistance; miniscule armies of folks called Immune, a government group put together of people who have been bitten but show no effects whatsoever of the virus. After an Immune has been discovered, they're involuntarily recruited to work for the government regardless of what their prior lot in life was, killing infected and supplying the non-Immune with food and things to get through day to day life.
New York was once known as one of the greatest cities in the United States. Now it's nothing more than a shadow of its former self; a strong shadow, however, that boasts of some of the most secure safehouses in the country. Here is where the greatest number of Immune reside. Here is the place where a new civilization is being born, but will it be the beginning of a new dawn?
