Phantasos

[Tucked away between two impressively large and boring buildings is a movie theater, complete with an old-fashioned neon sign listing off a historical hodgepodge of featured films--including Gone with the Wind, The Matrix, Back to the Future, CLUE, and Avatar. Venture inside and you'll find a fairly modern lobby, complete with an unattended concession stand and plenty of arcade games.]

[But before you get inside, you'll have to take a gander at the fellow on the sidewalk, munching contentedly on a cone of cotton candy as he sits in his four wheeled device. Should you possess any electronic communication device, a text message will shortly appear on your screen, as this fellow is engaging in an egregious example of texting while eating. The text, regardless of your device's settings, will appear in a charming dark orange.]

[If you're wandering through a certain park and look up, you might spot a girl in a tree. If you look again, you'll likely notice that she has a cat hat and a tail poking out of her trench-coat. ...and then you might stare when you realize that her skin is gray and there are candy-corn-esque horns sticking through holes in her hat.

She, on the other hand, likely won't notice you, because her attention is focused on a flock of pidgeons nearby. She's never hunted them before, so she's trying to decide the best way to pounce~]

[Rath is on a quest. You see, Rath likes hunting demons of all kinds. He doesn't discriminate between ugly parasitic demons and pretty children demons - all will be slaughtered happily. Preferably with his sword and failing that - fire.]

[Miku is stood staring at a basket of fruit. Hm. She doesn't normally eat, since she doesn't have to, but it does look good... And, well, it can't hurt! So by the time anybody comes across her, the little Vocaloid will have eaten quite a few figs, and a couple apricots.]

Aa~! These are good!

Though it's a shame there's nobody to share with. Mou...

[Gaap had been bored, very very bored here so far, and very worried about waking up in a place she did not recognize - but when she walked into the park and saw some fruit - she had to try it. She was hungry, anyways! So why not. Who cared if it was poisonous? It wouldn't effect her! It would give her something to do, as well.

Now she was sitting at one of the small, white, bland, tables and was eating some figs and some blueberries. She wouldn't mind some company, as long as it wasn't anyone who was going to insult her dress.

She was, even if none of those stupid people realized, the most fashionable demon in the meta-universe. She was up-to-date with all fashions and trends.]

[A young lady with long flowing hair and white robes was crouched in deep concentration in the middle of what resembles a golden dome of light -- no symbols, no pentagrams. The ambling teams of undead were drawn towards the warm source of energy. As they came into contact, the undead briefly takes their old human appearances, before disappearing into golden dust, seemingly peaceful in their wake.

She keeps up for a few minutes, or until her energy is drained. She leans onto her golden staff, short of breath, as the dome disappears, only leaving her with a weak glow about her person. Unfortunately, in her fatigue, she had failed to notice one or two of the undead come up from behind her, poised to bite or strike...]

[There's a girl staggering around, one arm across her stomach as if she's in some sort of terrible pain. The sensible thing to do would be to stop or at least look for a place to lie down, but but the girl wanders aimlessly, seemingly hardly bothered or slowed each time she fslumps against the nearest wall.]

[But he decides to make the best of it. After appearing in front of a bookstore, Jun looks around and considers the situation for a few moments, before making his way towards a restaurant.]

[This doesn't really look like Underland, but even so, Alice is being careful. The fruits look delicious, but the last time she ate food that had been left lying around, she spent two days trying to get back to the right height. So she's wandering about, looking for a) a way out or b) evidence that the fruit is normal so she can eat some.]

[She's also running around in her armor, so no, she's not horribly conspicuous at all...]]
