Since I read all seven of these for the first time today, I thought I'd just put it all in one...
I like how real this series seems. Remus is allowed to be depressed when he's lost so much (instead of just bouncing right back and being happy) and random things remind him of the losses.
I love the moment when he realizes life is continuing around him, and he is pulled back in by the 'kids.' (Also, much love for the Harry/Hermione. Anyone is better for her than Ron!!!)
The 'musical beds' crack me up, esp. how the gender pairings are kind of wonky. People really do hop into bed with each other like that after wars, as an 'affirmation of life' thing, I guess.
Loves for sexy-professor!Remus, and his cardigan - LOL. Hermione and Neville are too cute, all eager-but-unsure as Remus 'teaches' them. I can't wait for the next part now. *taps foot, glances repeatedly at clock*
