Thursday 22 January 1998.
WHO: Amycus Carrow and NEWT-level Dark Arts students.
WHEN: Thursday 22 January 1998; during the respective sixth- and seventh-year classes.
WHERE: The former DADA classroom.
SUMMARY: The NEWT-level Dark Arts classes are tested on casting the Imperius Curse on humans
RATING: PG-13, most likely.
STATUS: IC/OOC reactions.
As per this week's lesson plans, today (Thursday) was when both the sixth- and seventh-year students were tested on casting the Imperius Curse on humans. Should a student fail the test (either by refusing or not being able to do it), they would have been set aside as test subjects (starting with the ones who openly refused and moving from there) and given a detention tonight that involved writing 'I don't deserve my magical blood' two hundred times using one of Umbridge's quills. For that, however, whether one is openly supportive of the Carrows would have been taken into account to a degree as well, especially when the curse is a difficult one. As with last time, please comment with whether your character refused to do, failed, or passed the test, and, when possible, who tested on whom. To make things more organized, there are headers for each year, so please comment under the appropriate one. Please note that if you don't respond to this post by Saturday, it will be assumed that your character did not pass the exam and was therefore given a detention. |
