Notes: gelsey, I really hope you like this! I love Percy/Penny and I was so happy to get a chance to draw them for you! I hope you don't mind, but I included a short little story to explain what's going on in the drawing.
Percy had been waiting for this day for so long, the day he would finally sleep with Penny. He knew that he loved her and wanted to spend the rest of his life with her. He couldn't believe that such a beautiful and intelligent girl wanted to be with him, Percy Weasley. But she did. Afterwards, Percy was nervous and wondered if it had been okay for her, but Penny looked as beautiful as ever and she reassured him that he was an amazing lover.
